Garfield County is a county located in the U.S. state of Washington. ==History==
Garfield County was created out of a large piece of Columbia County on November 29, 1881〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Milestones for Washington State History -- Part 2: 1851 to 1900 )〕 Roughly half of the county was split off to form Asotin County in 1883. and was named for the late U.S. President James A. Garfield, who had been assassinated in September, 1881.
